How do I do a withdrawal into my bank account?

Before you can do a withdrawal you need to:
have entered your bank account details
To verify your account, click on Account Profile in the left menu. Next to Verification, click the Verify link and enter the relevant details as an individual or business. Xago will send you an email on how to complete the verification process by uploading your relevant documents on DocFox. Xago will send you an email notification to confirm if the verification has been successful.
To enter your bank account details, click on Bank Account and enter your bank details.
You are only able to withdraw from one bank account. If you wish to change your bank details you can click on the edit link. You will not be able to change the name of the bank account holder. If you need to change this, please email us at email@example.com.
You can now start the withdrawal process:
Click on "Wallets" in the left menu.
Click on "WITHDRAW" in the ZAR Wallet.
Enter the ZAR amount you want to withdraw and the authenticator code from your authenticator app.
Click the "Submit" button.
The minimum amount you can withdraw is ZAR 10.00.
The transaction fee is ZAR 8.50 which covers the bank charges.
These transactions can take up to two business days to be processed and depend on your bank.
Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 17:00pm, excluding public holidays.
